Service Description

Only for those in Windsor, ON (plus additional cost to county areas) A 90 Minute Visit which will include your choice of one of the three focuses: 1. A body movement assessment, body composition measurements, and fitness program design- check your form for safety in the privacy of your own home 2. A 1:1 food labeling education, customized meal plan and recipe book, and cooking session OR kitchen recommendation 3. A private restorative yoga flow session, mindful eating exercise and stress management counselling session
